Didn’t get what I wanted and communication was awful. I ended up with less than what I wanted and not properly informed off loss of benefits I.e meals

The site made it easy to see all the available options on one page. Prices displayed in my currency. Proceeding to booking and completion easy.

Your website is not easy to use. I could not book the coach transfer from Hull City Centre to the ferry terminal and only from Europoort to Amsterdam but not Rotterdam. It seems that the only way to do that is through the ridiculous "contact us" experience which is so bizarre.

Changes painful or impossible and customer service only via email not helpful.
They add no value. Better to book direct with ferry operators.

Terrible - sold a Rotterdam ferry trip but there was no transfer from Europort available as part of the process - P&O desk said they’d had so many issues with Direct Ferries - AVOID booking with this company unless being left at a destination 30km from where believed might travel to is what you want!

I found the site extremely easy to manage , I was surprised and delighted by how many options I had .

I will certainly use it and recommend it .

A dubious company with extremely non existing customer service. there is no way to contact them and speak to a propert person. no phone number just automated bots. if you have a problem with your ferry booking your money is lost 100%.

Clear and self-explanatory booking page and procedure. Very useful price comparisons across different operators, routes and dates.

Very easy to book. Used the site last year also to book a ferry from Copenhagen to Oslo and we had no problems with it.
Would use again.

Your website is very easy to use, no problem there HOWEVER, as the first time using your ferry I have no clue on what's the cabins look like. I would like to see what I'm getting at, like cabin, bathroom pictures would help. Not sure what you mean "inside" or "outside" berth cabin? No diagram of the ferry, what floor cabin located, where's cafeteria...none showing. I'm expecting it'll be a long night...

Booked with them before and generally happy, however, 7 euro added to the bill at the last step without explanation. Didn’t want the price to go up so had to continue. Hidden fees should be explained.

It was easy to book a ferry. If there's one little thing that could have been better it would be that there was no option for 'master' for my 5 year old son. Perhaps this could be added?
Otherwise excellent.

I like the fact that I can book online but when I initially tried to book it said there was no availability. So I went back and tried again and the web page froze.

Oh well. Hopefully we will have a good on board experience.

The website is easy to manuever, but I have a party of 13 and it only allows 9. So, I did the best I could and booked 9 andthen I went back and booked the other 4, but the price was about $20.00 more for the second batch. That mad me unhappy. Also, If I didn't purchase a lounge seat, does than mean they have no seat? I added it for the 9 , but did not for the 4 because the bill was so much higher. Does that mean they will have to stand? That isn't well explained.
